We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building strong corporate customer relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets. The Inside Sales Manager involved in lead generation, client engagement, and proactive outreach. Core Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- The role involves proactive outreach and cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers, creating new business opportunities for IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Research and identify potential clients in target sectors (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Education, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and company databases to find decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, CISOs).
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework).
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Strong ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.

- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Present a clear value proposition of the company’s IT products and services (e.g., M365, Cybersecurity, IT operations)
- Schedule online demos or meetings for technical or pre-sales teams.
