• Internship Details: This is a Full-time, professional internship opportunity for fresh graduates & career trainees at our cybersecurity entity - designed for cybersecurity enthusiasts who want to gain real-world experience and hands-on involvement in our client projects. No payment required from your side.
• Work Location: Hyderabad at our Madapur office.
• Work Place It is 100% Work from Office only, No remote or Work From Home option available.
• Working days:We observe 6 days a week, and 100% work from office.
• Working hours:9.30am to 7.00pm.
• Internship Duration: 1-year Internship followed by full-time employee (FTE) conversion upon successful completion.
• Compensation: Interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month for the first three months. Thereafter, the stipend will be reviewed every three months based on demonstrated performance, competence and commitment and may be increased by up to ₹5,000 per month at each review. To illistrate, ₹5,000/month (initial 3 months); upto ₹10,000/month (4–6 months); upto ₹15,000/month (7–9 months); upto ₹20,000/month (10-12 months).
• Certifications:During the internship, you are expected to complete at least 3 industry-recognized professional certifications from Microsoft or other leading providers. Exam fees will be reimbursed upon successful certification.
• FTE Conversion:After completing the 1-year internship, you may be converted into a Full-Time Employee (FTE) based on your performance.
• Service Commitment(Bond): 2 years agreement (including the 1st year internship) as we invests in training, certifications, and exposure to realitme enterprise-grade tools. Early exit may attract reimbursement of agreed costs.
